NAME
       DSECND - the user time for a process in seconds

SYNOPSIS
       DOUBLE PRECISION FUNCTION DSECND( )

PURPOSE
       DSECND  returns  the  user time for a process in seconds.  This version
       gets the time from the system function CLOCK.
