Ported HDF5-1.14.0 to ES4 and tuned it for faster speed.

The main speed improvements are as follows.

・Use the "vh call" to call compress2 of zlib on the VH side.

・Vectorize part of the function H5Z__filter_shuffle using assembler

The patch file and make/config file are attached below.

$ patch.hdf5-1.14.0.e9new

$ build.sh.hdf5-1.14.0e9new

Dear Tsuda-san,

thank you very much for this information. Will applications using NetCDF4 with HDF5 support also benefit from your optimizations? Which ES4 applications are using the optimized HDF5 library?
