Sometimes the "vecmd" command can't get the state after installing Aurora
software like the following:
# /opt/nec/ve/bin/vecmd state get
Vector Engine MMM-Command v1.3.37
VE? cannot execute "not found ve_monitor"
Try "vecmd -h" for more information.
This is caused by the incorrect software installation order. We are going
to release new software package, which have the correct installation order,
by December/2020.
Before then you can get the valid state by rebooting the target VH.
