Please be advised that the latest VEOS which is a part of SX-Aurora TSUBASA software is released on 30-Mar-2023.
The outline of the updates are:
- Change the name of command ported to VE
- To avoid collisions between the VE command name and the VH command name, add "ve-" to the VE command name. A compatibility package is available to make it executable with traditional command names.
- Enabling accelerated I/O by default.
- Reducing the usage of huge pages for VEOS and updated the HugePages autoconfiguration tool about this reducing.
- Support asynchronous execution of VH function when using VEO.

2023年3月30日、SX-Aurora TSUBASA softwareの一部であるVEOSの最新版を公開したことをお知らせいたします。
更新内容の概要は以下の通りです。
- VEのコマンド名と、VHのコマンド名の衝突を避けるため、VEのコマンド名に「ve-」を追加します。従来のコマンド名で実行可能にするための互換性パッケージもインストール可能です。
- VEOS が使用する HugePages の削減と、HugePages 自動設定ツールへの反映
- VEOのAPIを利用したVH関数の非同期実行のサポート
